Holy Trinity is sponsoring an exercise program which is open to the public and is free of charge.
The program is based on low-impact, relaxing, peaceful workouts. The group meets in the
Parish Hall every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.  Come for all or any
session.  Please use the East parking lot entrance.  Led by Christine Grosh.
